Response: In March 2004, FBINO issued written procedural guidance to all held offices regarding intelligence reporting and dissemination with respect to ITT¥s. This guidance specifically addressed the relationship between the FIG and the PTF in each field affice. The FIG will deploy to the JTTF a combination of the tollowing personne! depending on the structures of the organizations involved. one or more intelligence analysts in 2 Reports Officer role, one. or more Specia: Agents, and/or a cleared, permanent FIG task force officer or analyst with a dedicated assrenment of reporting raw, collected intelhgence which meets specified reporting thresholds.
