Miscellaneous b6 Per BOC } b7C Per BOC I have known since we were in bigh school together, to the ’ present tine. and X have also been close friends over the intervening years which stretch from about 1949 to the present. My contact has bP Per BoC - Limited with[ —_|because he has spent the time since he left high schbJc, Per Boc before he graduated, up until November of 1970 ‘in the military service as @ Marine. In the intervening years since he left high school, my only contact with-hinm,hassbeen swher: he’ has been on leave and able to come home. They have one small daughter. ‘b6 Per BOC ' [has been trying in the last two or three months to find employmenp7c per soc He likes this area but because of the economic conditions of our arca, he has not been able to find a job and I know that he has told me he has epplied for many jobs around the local area. The only job that has opened up for hin is one offered to him by the Treasury Department. He spends @ lot of his free time fishing but he has a lot of interests and seens ' to be well rounded and able to converse with people on many subjects. In & social group, he relates very well and is able to put his point across effectively without -antagonizing.»people. He certainly is low key in his approach to subjects with tact and discretion. I have never seen him under pressure or stress but he gives the impression of being quite capable of handling on emergency if it would arise. I trust his judgement and think that he is a logical person who develops facts objectively. He seems to be more of a practical nature than of an idealistic one. I also think that he knows what regulations are and because of his long service in the Marine Corps is able to interpret and: correctly apply se instructions correctly. I am sure that whatever was required of he would be able todo. His whole family is'a fb6 Per Boc family and they have -taught the children to be responsible people.
