When ZI have takked to him out in the yard and when he has come over to my house to offer his help, he has always presented his viewpoints clearly and concisely. It is my understanding that he has applied for a sensitive position with the Governnent. I feel that knowing specific examples of his experience, ‘ resourcefulness, good judgzent, and ability to use tact and discretion ' ; in whatever his job was in could not be known by me vecause of my limited so 7 knowledge about him.
