If the Jewish Hospital residency is illegitimate, these may be criminal matters. When. you were informed last year, you may have bad a duty to report these matters to the appropriate authorities. It should also be noted that repeated complaints by multiple parties regarding Dr. Patrick's credentials and related issues have been submitted to the State Medical Board of Ohio, who have similarly refused to take action despite being made aware that Dr. Patrick's residency may have beea acquired illegally. If the Health Alliance and other agencies are unwilling to address these issues,. perhaps they are best handled by law enforcement authorities in the seven states where Dr. Patrick is licensed, including Ohio, as well as federal Iaw cnforcement authorities. I have one question and I would appreciate your reply. Does the Health Alliance verify that Dr. Edward A. Patrick completed a full-year surgery residency at Jewish. Hospital?
