York was the individual responsible for making the threatening
calls to Congressman Smith as well as Congressman Weldon..
Interviewing agents in concurrence with the United States
Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York admonished
for his actions and advised him that if the
threatening/prank calls happened again he would be prosecuted
federally.(refer to FD-302 dated 8/22/05).
