against Congressman Ney. During that interview,

based on the fact that Congressman Ney would be able to capture
incriminating information regarding the threat in Dc. Since venue
could not be established, her office would be unable to pursue
the matter in DC.

has declined prosecution,.

assistance with this investigation based on the advice of their
counsel, and all evidence related to this investigation has been
