‘“Michael’s Shooting: Continued” 3) [lap 4:30 p.m.): Source told investigators that app. two hours after this shooting, she pulled alongside a white van at.the Minnieville Rd./P.W. Parkway intersection. The van is described as one where the driver’s window is slightly tinted, and is small in design. The van had black lettering on the side, with a thin black stripe running along the lower edges. The source offered no plate/business notations on it. The driver of the van was described as; (Light skinned black male/Middle Easterner-Thin facial features-Beady eyes-Black Hair). The source felt she may be able to_ help with a composite. Source stated that “driver was either real ~ short or that it was a kid who stole his father’s van.”(*These descriptors may tie into current suspects and is worthy of . investigative follow-up*) . The driver stared at the source, and she - remarked that he appeared to be “crazed and evil.” The van pulled into the B.J.’s store lot, and disappeared after that. VICTIM #8: (UNNAMED i3 YO boy-10/7/02 at 8:09 a.in.-Tasker Middle School in Bowie, MD.): 1) L____]G4pp. 7:00 a.m,): Viewed a white box truck (MID on Rt. 197, about 5 minutes from Tasker. There was damage fo the left rear panel or right passenger side?? The truck had black lettering with a possible name of B&J Insulation on it. There were two black males seen inside, with short, “peach fuzz” hairstyles. Subject allegedly admitted involvement , with killings to Florida associate | also owns an AR-15, Search warrants were to be filed. 3) [ (Early A.M.): Teacher viewed two white males on the tennis court. She also viewed a maroon car at the corner. Interviewed by P.G. County. (A.M. hours): Witness saw a white panel van in Laurel at the Marriott Fairfield. Van moving at a high rate of speed.
