a.m.-Shell gas station in Kensington, MD.):
DYL__}8:55.4.M,): 10/02/02- Source was at the Exxon station
across the street from this shooting scene. At app. 8:55, the witness
viewed a white male, app. 35& YOA with dirty grey hair (possibly
long enough for a ponytail) aud a thick mustache (mix of
grey/black) that was hanging down the sides of his mouth. The
subject’s skin was also dark brown/tanned. The subject was seen
sitting ina white van. This individual was not getting any gas. A
follow-up with the witness also revealed.that the van was smaller, of
box design (thought to be an Astro), and had no windows on either
‘the sides or rear. The vehicle was described as being in “good
shape.” The dash was also covered with assorted papers. The witness
felt that this subject may be in the construction business, possibly as a
painter/dry wall business.
VICTIM #6: (Pascal Charlot-10/3/02 at 9:20 p-m.- in
‘Georgia Avenue near Montgomery County linein MD.): — -
| VICTIM #7: (UNNAMED 43 YO woman-10/4/02 at
2:30 p.m.-Michael’s Crafts in Fredericksburg, VA.):
IT }1:30 P.M.): Source on the way to McDonald’s near Michael’s.
Saw a white box truck in the McDonald’s parking lot facing Michael’s.
Thé vehicle was unmarked and no subjects were seen.
2) [| ¢app. 3:30 p.m.): Source advised during lead interview, he saw
A white box truck driven by a black male, with two other males
inside, There was no writing on the truck, which had it’s lift tailgate
section in the rear open. A sticker on the door was believed to have
read either ‘Fast Time’ or ‘First Time Construction’. The black male
was wearing camouflage clothing. The truck had Virginia plates and
was located at the Lee’s Hill Shopping Center off of Rt. 1 in Spotsylvania
County, Va.
