Wtlkins.was advised that the New York Opfice kad been instructed to have an Agen contact hin regarding the natter,. A copy of the letter to Wilkins which was sent to the NY Field Orfice, contained a note tnatructing the NY Office to contact Wilkins immedtately for further information and to determine the source of the infornation.
