Milby Hotel, Houston, Texas, called at the Federal Building md informed me that Mr. Homer C, Howell, 710 East 10+1/2 Street, re Housten, reported to him that Mr. R. J. Harrell, Box 212, = 8 =. 9° 9, Galveston, Texes, who is employed as a Messenger for the United © =. - | .
