that no information of any value to the Bureau was
develeped. These meetings, as far as the Bureau ta
concerned, have been a complete waste of time since it
appears that the United Wations staff members were more
interested in protecting their jobs than in reaching
concrete decisions concerning law enforcement problems.
These meetings so far resuited in no action being taken
whieh would he of any vpaolue to the Bureau,

The Bureau will continue to serve as a clearing
house for individual foreign police departments
which reguest information within the United States
without being a member of the ICPC; but if some
other agency becomes a member of the ICPC and takes
