The 1,200 major police departments throughout the country receiving this publication are being encouraged to reprint this article in their own journals. Similar coverage is being planned for the November issue of the "Law Enforcement Bulletin." Identification Orders (10s) for Patricia Hearst (#4633) and Emily Harris (#4632) have been forwarded to ali Offices for distribution. NATIONAL NEWS COVERAGE: Currently feature articles are being prepared for national publications in this case, i.e., “National Enquirer” (circularization 4 million) and "Argosy" (circularization -4 million).
