Ree 11/7/77 Date of tronseription 7 At about during a surveillance in the vicinity of cerpremard a — with simulated wood sides,1968 four- . oor Rambler Ambassador station wagon, bearing Washington . License Plates OVF241 and roof luggage rack was observed The driver was observed to resemble RITA DARLENE BROWN, It was * noted that. the only: other occupant of her car was a dog. She turned nort into a shopping plaza, later identified as the Highland Medical Plaza, 1306 N. 175th, and circled to the right until she was heading back out in a southerly direction. At this point, SA driver of the Bureau car, blocked her exit with the Bureau car and succeeded in stopping her vehicle. SAQ@BEBM approached BROWN, identified himself, both orally and with a display of his official credential card as a Special Agent of the FBI, and asked her to step out of the car and to provide some identification. She exited her car and advised she was KATHERINE WILSON. SA Qjfthen asked her who the vehicle was registered to and she replied, PETER JOHNSON. At this oint she was asked to sit in the Bureau car, at which time, SA compared her fingerprints with those known fingerprints of RITA DARLENE BROWN. After comparing her fingerprints, ss advised that, to the best of his knowledge, the suspect's fingerprints were identical to those of RITA DARLENE BROWN. SA then removed BROWN from the back seat of the Bureau car and advised she was under arrest for Bank Robbery. She was searched for weapons, handcuffed and placed back into the Bureau car. sA QE turnished BROWN with a form entitled, "Interrogation; Advice of Rights,'' which she read out loud, advised she understood, but declined to sign.
