SF 91-4769 DETATIS: On March 21, 2978, JOHN WILLIAM SHERMAN, THERESE ANN COUPEZ, and JANINE DARCY BERTRAM, a31 members of the George Jackson Brigade (GJB), were arrested by Special Agents of the Seattie, Washington, Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation at Tacoma, Washington. They were subse- quently transported to Seattle, Washington, and afforded an initial hearing before United States Magistrate PHILIP XK. SWEIGERT. Following the initial hearing each subject was incarcerated at the King County Jail, Seattle, Washington. On March 28 On the same date a true bill was returned against three members of the George Jackson Brigade, JOHN WILLIAM SHERMAN, THERESE ANN COUPEZ, and JANINE DARCY BERTRAM.
