‘voters, white or black, in the State of Georgia, to secure by the ballot any ¢en-
resentation not under the domination of the Ku Klux Klan, chertered or unchartered.
The three-man court upheld the county-unit oseen which can throw out, bv private
commitment the choice of the majority of perty meoters in any primary election. In
the last pricary the Negro-baiting, labor-hating Eugene, Tal radce, Phi Beta Kappa’s
