Farmers and Merchants Bank, Mexico, Mo., and
Ben Dobyns of that city, a customer of above bank,
who wore present at 2:15 P. M. om 6-14-33 when the
bank was robbed. They are unable to identify Sub-
jects as those staging the holdup.

The photographs of Clyde Champion Barrow, Bonnie Parker, Buok
Berrow and wife, ond Hubert Bleigh were exhibited by agent to Mr. C. F. iferri-
field, Gashier of the Farmers and Merchants Benk, and Mr, Ben Dobyns, proprietor
of Dobyns' Cafe, Mr, Merrifield stated that he was the only employee of the bank
who was in the bank at 2:15 on June 14, 1933, when the place was held up; that Mr.
Dobyns, one of the bank's customers, entered the bank s few seconds after the rob-
“$%s entered, and was immediately covered with revolvers; that Dobyns was present
during the holdup.
Messrs. Merrifield and Dobyns, sfter carefully examining the
photographs of Subjects, stated that they could not identify these Subjects as
being the persons who staged the holdup. Mr. Merrifield stated that the photo-
graph. of Clyde Barrow somewhat resembled one of the men, but he would not state
for a fact that this was the man he had in mind, He further edvised that he could
