Prior to that date, Magee Carpet Company manufactured residential and commercial carpeting for approximately 90 years. stated that Magee Carpet Company, in June 1976, sold e Magee Carpet name and rights to manufacture residential and commercial carpeting to Shaw Industries, Dalton, Georgia, In addition to the carpeting manufacturing plant located in Bloomsburg, PA, Magee Carpet Company operated a plant in Perry County from 1966 to closing was shown sample carpeting obtained from the residence of Wayne Bertram Williams, at which time he advised that he does not recall Magee Carpet Company éver manufacturing any residential or commercial carpeting identical to sample specifications.
