This review showed that 300 i ifiable individuals entered or attempted to enter rooms and/or[__] (the male and female change rooms with keypads into the hot side), or utilized the keypads in either of those rooms during the period of review. Another thirty(30) individuals utilized the access points but used non-identifiable badges or non-identifiable personal identification numbers (PINs). Below are the names of persons who accessed the hot side of Building[___] during this period prior to the mailings. This list includes security guards, computer specialists, housekeeping personnel, equipment repair specialists, laboratory technicians and researchers.
