When General Lemnitzer was challenged about the potentially disastrous effects that the D-2 air strike could have had-~particularly the possibility that Castro subsequently might have dispersed his aircraft--General Lemnitzer avoided answering the question and noted that, in fact, Castro hadn't dispersed his aircraft.
