ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that defendant file with the Department of Justice, concurrently with the entry of this order, a registration statement for the period from July, l978 to the present, setting forth true and complete information regarding all activities engaged in by the defendant on behalf of the Government of Libya including, but not limited to, the details of all of his political and financial activities; copies of all contractual arrangements and such further statements and copies of such further documents as are necessary to make the registration statement and the copies of documents furnished not misleading. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that defendant is hereby permanently enjoined from violating Section 2(a) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended, and Rules 200 and 201 thereunder, 22 U.s.c. 612(a), 28 c.F.R. 5.200 and 5.20l by acting as an agent of the Government of Libya without filing with the ATTORNey GENERAL a true and complete registration statement and supplements thereto containing the information and documents required by the above Section of the Act and the above Rules thereunder. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this matter for all purposes and either party may apply to the Court, on notice to the other party, for construction or interpretation of this Final Judgment. And there being no just reason for delay, the Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to enter this Final Judgment pursuant to Rule 58(2) of the Federal Rules cf Civil Procedure. 'S/ENN, J.
