b2 b7C b7D 09/24/92, Re 245D-MW-25332 On 4/25/9l, Milwaukee Division initiated the use of pen eqisters and trap and trace eauipment Milwaukee Division continued the use of discrete surveillances, and analysis. of pen register/trap and trace records in an attempt to secure sufficient probable cause to initiate a Title III Milwaukee Division was nursuing Federal prosecution for possible violations of the following Federal statutes: Title 18 U.S. Code Sections 2312, 2313 (IrsMv statutes); Title 18 U.S. Code Section 2314 (ITsp); Title 18 U.S. Code Section 1956 (a)(1) (Money Laundering statute); Title 21 U.S. Code Sections 841(a)(1), 843, 846, and 848 which constitute the use of telephone communications facilities, with intent to carry on the offense of distributing cocaine, conspiracy to do same, and engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise.
