With the assistance of the trooper at Post 5 the crowd was ordered to move back b6 -6 b7C -6 from the area towards a group of trees. ]also described a male in a neon green shirt that was acting "different". Ito verify what channel they were operating on.. told that she could hear radio traffic of the event on "police ops 3" and "police ops 4". told to remain on. the "sheriff's channel". knowing that she might have to speak to. officers on both channels, tuned her portable radio to "sheriff's channel". while tuning her car radio to "police ops 3". did state that it was b6 -6 at times difficult to discern what agency was talking on the radio.. b7C -6 stated that she had to restart her phone multiple times. 1 stated that the trooper at Post 5 also was having difficulties with his. phone. stated that the trooper at Post 5 had to use her phone to That call was made at approximately 5:15pm. After that request a PSP. vehicle was seen in the area of the water tower.. At some point prior to the arrival of Trump, recalled hearing radio traffic from Sgt. on the sheriff's channel requesting officers to. be on the lookout (BoLo) for a man on a bike with long hair, grey shirt, backpack and possibly wearing a hat.. saw an older male on a bike b6 -6 wearing a white shirt, with short hair that was determined to not be the b7C -6 subject. asked why they were looking for this male and was told that he was seen with a range finder.. continued to keep an eye on red never saw the Bolo subject in person.. had received a photo of the subject via text from Sgt. Jat 5:53pm. never received information from the crowd regarding the BoLo subject. heard UNCLASSIFIED//FOUO FBI25-cV-2216)-522
