On July 11, 2024, was told that she would be working the event.. believes that she was given her specific posting (Post 4) on Friday, July 12, 2024. was sent a map that showed the layout of the event site and where the various posts throughout the site. were located. confirmed the map and officer roster, provided to. interviewers by Chief Deputy was what she had received on July 12th at 3:37pm via email. No other formal briefings were provided.. asked what the role of posts 3, 4, 5, and 6 were? she was told. secure. was not involved with any of the planning for the rally. was not briefed on the use of deadly force prior to the event.. was not familiar with the Butler Farm Show grounds prior to the. rally. arrived at approximately 10:40am and personally drove her to her post.
