Act Request. Dear Ms. Paton: A review of the files of the New York Office (Nyo) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBi) has been completed pursuant to your request. Your reguest has been considered in light of the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FoIA) (Title 5, United States Code, Section 552). This review was. based on a search of the FBi's Central Records System as maintained by the Nyo.. Philip David Ochs was referenced in two documents. consisting of six pages.. Enclosed is a copy of six pages from our files which contain information identifiable with your request. Exisions which are exempted from disclosure by the following sub-sections of Title 5, United States Code, Section 552. (B) (7) Investigative records compiled for law enforcement purposes the disclosure of which would: (C) Constitute an unwarranted.invasion of the personal privacy of another person..
