JEFFERSON, Metropolitan Police Department, Washington, D.C. (WDC), advised that the applicant is not known to him and therefore he would have no comment regarding his qualifications for a position of trust with the Government. On March 31, 1979, Mayor MARION S. BARRY, JR., WDC, advised that he would prefer not to comment on the applicant's qualifications at this time. On March 31, 1979, Mr. LOUIS P. ROBBINS, Acting Corporation Counsel for the District of Columbia, advised that he is aware that the applicant is presently a U.S. Congressman from Illinois, but he is not personally acquainted with him. ee b6 b7C
