Congress, was interviewed by SA Dr. Cary advised as follows: be b7¢ Dr. Cary stated that he has served as the personal physician to Representative Abner J. Mikva of Illinois and he is aware that Mr. Mikva is being considered for appointment to the position of Circuit Judge of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Judicial Circuit. It is the opinion of Dr. Cary that, from a medical standpoint, Representative Mikva is capable of handling the duties of a United States Circuit Judge.
