Hoffman respectfully moves this court for the entry of an order: _ 4. granting him permission Eunc pro tunc to travel tp Belfast, Northern Ireland from on or about March 2] through on or about March 26, 1971]; and . 2. granting him permission nunc pro tuncto extend his trip to Europe (for which permission of this court was granted on March 12, 1971) to on or about March 26, 1971, In support of this motion the appellant states: 1, On March 12, 1971, this court granted the defendant-appellant permission to travel tp Paris, France, for four days, from March 14, 1971 to March 17, 1971, 2. The departure of the defendant-appellant was postponed until - March 18,1971, and he left the United States scheduled to return within four days, that is, on March 21, 1971, 3. On his return trip to the United States, he decided to visit personal acquaintances in Belfast, Northern Ireland and, if possible, to visit publishers there, ° ee ee ee
