the prosecution of these five individuals (and their associates
in the Conspiracy Seven trial) on the contempt of court
charges stemming from that trial.
On January 19, 1973, Assistant United States Attorney
{AUSA) STARKMAN advised that on January 18, 1973, & motion
had been filed in USDC, Chicago, before Chief Judge ROBSON,
by the United States Attorney's Office, Chicago, to dismiss
the Anti-Riot Law charges still pending against the five
convicted defendants, including subject. No counsel had
appeared representing the defendants, and the motion, uncon-
tested, was granted by Judge ROBSON on January 18, 1973.
STARKMAN also advised that a date of March 5, 1973
has most recently been set for a hearing in USDC, Chicago, for
oral arguments on all motions filed by the Government and defens:
counsel in the contempt proceedings still pending regarding
the five defendants, and four others, resulting from the
Conspiracy Seven trial. No trial date has as yet been set for
these contempt proceedings. Pending outcome of the contempt
retrial, the subject remains free on bond.

Vehicles, Albany, New York, reflected that New York registration
ZN-7692 is registered to Youth international Productions,
Post Office Box 213, Cooper Station, New York, on a 1971 blue
Volkswagen sedan, registration to expire in April, 1972.
