SCOTT gave a greeting from HARRY EDWARDS, professor at the University of California at Berkeley. ‘cCOTT talked mostly against the NCAA and its rules and regulations. SCOTT traced athletes' protests as starting back in the late 1950s and early 1960s by blacks, which gained momentum in the late 1966s and finally followed by white athletes this year.
