Robert Bundy, 29, Tacoma,
Wash., continued arguments
today aimed at suppressing
evidence of his identification as
the abductor of a Murray girl.
_ Bundy is accused of kidnap-
ing‘ at gunpoint Carol DaRonch,
now 19, at Fashion Place Mall,
Murray, over 14 months ago.
The victim, handcuffed by her
abductor, broke free and
jumped from her captor’s com-
pact car to safety minutes after
the assault.

bargo on news coverage of
proceedings against Bundy.
The order forbade photographs *
of the defendant and witnesses,
as well as barring coverage of
this week’s hearing.

trial publicity,’ Hanson told
reporters in the inner chamber
huddle before their eviction
from the hearing. In the unusu-
ally brief consultation, the
judge said he wanted to deter-
mine feelings of the reporters
covering the case.
