Special agents QP anc ere both formerly jy assigned to the New York Division, Special Agent En aving, . been asSigned there from July 1968 until January 1973, and t Special Agent assigned there from February 1971 until August 1975. Due to the period of time that has transpired $ince their initial assignment to the New York Division and due to the voluminous amount of material handled by them during this period, many facts pertaining to their investi- gative activities while assigned to New York have become uncertain.
