has been offered immunity, and would appreciate a memorandum being
placed in his fiie to the effect that the Bureau does desire for Agents /
to cooperate in this investigation consistent with exercising their
Fifth Amendment rights. I advised him that this is consistent with —
our instructions to all offices and, accordingly, a memorandum would
