There is no provision in that section calling for specific notification of the Attorney General of possible compromise of such information or material.. Further, the three items described in the memorandum (Ayers case; Chicago memo 8-20-76; and Kearney's Discovery Motion) appar ently have been made available to the Department previoisly. My opinion is that if this memorandum addressed to the Attorney General in order to accomplish that purpose.
