duction oath which he had refeused

that he had wished to present him-

facing prosecution for failure to
obey the Selective Service Act.

In setting its docket for the
term, the court pased on about
800 petitions for review.
Among them it rejected the Gov-
ernment’s reqeust for a rehearing
