Manufacturing Corporation on 152 Middleton Street, Brooklyn,
New York, for an arrangement with its creditors under Section
322, Chapter 11, of the Act of Congress, relating to
bankruptcy (Bankruptcy Docket No. 51802),
The petition dated August 9, 1954, and signed by
ROGER W. LOEWI as Secretary of the firm and by SIDNEY-KMAMER _
of JO West 4Oth Street, Mew York City, as attorney for the “Vv
corporation, stated that Manor Art was insolvent and proposed’
to pay ite unsecured creditors twenty per cent of the amount
due them, A Statement of Affairs filed with the petition
listed among the creditors of the firm STANLEY D. LZEVISON,
ALICE R. LOEWI and ROGER W, LOEWI, each of whom had made
loans to the firm. It was indicated that $4,974.59 was due to
STANLEY LEVISON for a loan he had reportedly extended; $8100 —
was due to ALICE LOEWI; and $7700 was due to ROGER LOEWI for
doans they had made to the firm, ‘ .
