Conyers told Levison that he would be interested
in Levison's offer. He noted that his schedule has
prevented him and Levison getting together and that he has
not been giving the committee the attention it deserves.
He also noted that they are holding a meeting at 9:00 AM

would like to review the committee with Levison because he
believes it has a potential that all candidates are going
