Marshall High School, Falls Church, Virginia. He said he is employed part time as a bus boy for the Evans Farm Inn, 1696 Chain Bridge Road, McLean, Virginia. He acknowledged telephonically reporting having overheard another bus boy state he had sent 50 letters to Senator Edward Kennedy and that if he were caught he (the other bus. boy) could "get life," and that because of this statement he assumed the létters were of a threatening nature. bE [| ____pivisea that he actually did not BTC overhear such a conversation. He said that on February 9, 1969, as he approached the kitchen table where employees eat at the Evans Farm Inn, he overheard &@ word or two of a conversation between two other bus boys in which Senator Kennedy's name was mentioned. He said he endeavored to join in the conversation but does not get along well with other bus boys and they left the table.
