The 9-28-62 issue of "Time" magazine contained an article concerning
Senator Kennedy which reflected that he had obtained.a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1956
from Harvard, and when he was turned down by the Harvard Law School, he entered the
University of Virginia Law School where he earned a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1959.
The 4-9-62 issue of 'U. S. News and World Report" carried an article concerning the
announcement by Kennedy that during his second semester at Harvard, he was having
difficulty in a foreign language course and arranged for a fellow freshman to take the
{examination for him. When school officials. learned of this, both students were asked to
children, Kara and Edward, Jr.
