Lyon of the State Department under the caption Our files also reflect that letters were addressed to the Secretary 0 mn reoruary 25, 1946, and November 25, 1946, enclosing summaries of the Gregory subjects, including We did not mention these letters of February 25, 1946, and November 25, 1946, since we felt that it was dangerous to do so.
