Senator McCARTHY stated that the Grand Jury which failed to indict SERVICE in this case, was investigated by the House Committee which reported that they would not take any action against the Grand Jury due to the fact that documents which were necessary for prosecution could not be relied upon as evidence due to the fact at it was believed if these were offered in evidence, that @ motion y the defense to suppress them would be sustained due to the manner in which the documents ware obtained by the Federal Bureau of In- vestigation, The suppression of these docusents would hinge on the Idefendants attacking the warrants of arrest. He identified Professor SCHUMAN as being active in numerous front organizations ag sponsor, member or affiliated with them.
