Senator McCARTHY then proceeded with his next case and furnished the Comittee with the name of an individual which was not made public, He advised that Secretary ACHESON had stated that sex perverts are considered to be poor security risks and that this case involved a person who had been employed by the State Department Foreign Service until 1948, when he resigned, He stated that this individual had a record with the Metropolitan Police Department as a pervert, that he was known to have been a hanger out at Lafayette Park in Nashington, D.
