(At scene of second Spotsylvania County shooting). - Chevrolet Astro panel van, cream colored, silver roof rack,. with left rear tail light out. (Subject was observed entering this vehicle subsequent to the 10/14/02 shooting). The only witnesses to the subject were at the scene of the 10/14/02 shooting at the Home Depot in Falls Church, VA. The initial report of the subject is an olived skinned male. wFo is in the process of obtaining additional descriptive data. As of this communication there are 420 FBI personnel, Washington, D.C. region. The SNIpEMUR task force command post has been fully established and appropriate contact numbers were disseminated to all offices via separate EC. Baltimore will update as the investigation continues.
