Per with ssaL_ +d vemos, CID, and SSRA Mobile Division, Montgomery RA, on 10/28/2002, information was requested regarding Montgomery Police Department's investigation to include a summary of the case; the names of witnesses who had positively identified subjects in Montgomery, Alabama; and the results of any ballistic analysis of the bullet fragments recovered by the Montgomery Police Department's crime scene Detectives. ¢ On September 21, 2002, two employees of the ABC Liquor Store located on Zelda Road, Montgomery, Alabama, were shot in the back while closing the store for the evening.
