MUHAMMAD stated he began looking for his children but he could not find them. Through “Devoted Dads,” MUHAMMAD stated he was able to determinel_______ had been in California, Texas, and Maryland. did not have an address for these areas but stated he wanted to take a chance in finding her so he could notify the “officials” in Tacoma, Washington as to where his children were currently located. . MUHAMMAD stated that he took a bus from Tacoma, Washington to Camden, New Jersey and stayed with a friend he knew from the Caribbean. While in Camden, MUHAMMAD stated he bought car about a week after arriving. He stated he paid $800.00 for the car but the paperwork shows that he only paid $200.00. After making this utterance, the writer paused and took out an FD- 395, Advice of Rights form. . At approximately 1128 hours on 24 mee re MUHAMMAD received the Advice of Rights warning per FD-395 by Special Agen The rights warning was read to - MUHAMMAD), who stated he was a high school graduate who understood and was able to read English. After having his Advice of Rights read to him, MUHAMMAD read them himself and stated he understood them and was willing to talk with interviewers. At approximately 1129 hours on 24 October 2002, MUHAMMAD waived his rights and acknowledged the same by signing the FD-395 . MUHAMMAD stated he met LEE MALVO, a.k.a. LEE BOYD MALVO, in Antigua. MUHAMMAD stated he first met MALVO when MALVO was 14 or 14 % years old. MALVO was homeless and living in Saint Johns, Antigua. MUHAMMAD stated he was in Antigua sixto eight 414, moiths before meeting MALVO in. 2000. MUHAMMAD stated, although he was in Antigua, his = 4,7¢ three children from his marriage cd _—_Jere not in Antigua at the time. MUHAMMAD stated he was able to enter Antigua by using his birth certificate and an identification card. During his stay in Antigua, MUHAMMAD eared money by bringing medical supplies from the United States to Antigua. MUHAMMAD purchased an ocean front condominium to live in during his stay in Antigua. MUHAMMAD stayed in Antigua an additional six to eight months before returning to the Tacoma, Washington in 2001. MUHAMMAD brought MALVO with him but he refused to state how he was able to get MALVO into the United States. MUHAMMAD gained custody of his and ee children when he returned to Washington. MUHAMMAD, MALVO, and MUHAMMAD'S three children moved into a homeless shelter in Bellingham, Washington. MUHAMMAD worked as a welder and did other odd jobs to earn money, MUHAMMAD stated he did not own a car at this time. MUHAMMAD stayed in Bellingham, Washington approximately one to two months. MUHAMMAD'S children were taken into custody by unknown officials. found out his three children had been removed from school when he returned to the homeless shelter. An employee at the shelter told that his children had been taken. MUHAMMAD stated he met MALVO'S mother when he traveled to Jamaica.
