G. #oss, who was used for this purpose, advised that srriicant made a very good appearance, appeared to be confident and thorough, commensurate with his inexperience, sdd- ing thet he renorted the information obtained correctly. The appli- cant also dictated satisfactorily. The applicant is being recormended. It is believed that he is above averase in intelligence end mental slertness. He appears to be possessed of sufficient forse and aggressiveness; also of good, common ordinary sense. Ee expresses his thoughts well and uses good English. He is manly appearing, possessing a good physique, anc it is felt that he could successfully contact persons of all walks of life and that he would inspire confidence. This is to certify that forty minutes were spent in the interview with this applicant and that the examination and interview were given to him personally by the interviewing official.
