This article reflected that "a group of Negro leaders today cabled greetings to Premier STALIN. * “ . , ; The message was as follows: a Mtg ‘Greetings on your seventieth anniversary and our wishes aod for your continued good health and successful service to the peoples of the Soviet Union. We Negro Americans from different parts of the country are of many different political beliefs and affiliations. We are alike, howeve; in hailing and uprooting national discrimination and national oppression from your land of many peoples.
