Such revocation shall not invalidate the menbership of any menber of the Branch in the National Association, Section 2 Notice of the findings and action of the board shall be sent by the Secretary of the Association, by Notice of registered mail, to the President and Secretary of Suspension the Branch, and may be published in the official organ of the National Association, In case the Charter of the Branch is suspended or revoked, upon receipt of notice by the President or Secretary by mail, publication, or otherwise, the Branch shall cease to function and the officers shall forthwith forward all records, property and nonies of the’ “Branch to the National Office where the same may be applied™in its discretion for the benefit of the community whercin the Branch was located, ARTICLE XI. AMENDMENTS With the written approval of the National Board Amendments of Directors previcusly obtained, this Constitu- tion By-Laws may be amended at any meeting cf tho Branch: Provided that (1) notice in writing of the proposed anendment shall be given to all members at least seven days prior to the meeting at whitch the same is to be acted upon; or that (2) the proposed amendment shall be approved at two successive regular meetings of the Branch, #RTICLE XII.
