__Secretary, and Treasurer of the Branch by registered mail. at
their last addresses on file in the National Office and may be... -- |

Upon receipt of notice eithar by mail or publiscation, the officers
shall perform no official act and shall hold all records end monies
of the Branch, subject to the disposition of the ‘ational Office.

and forwarded to the National | Office, Immediately on receipt
of the sane, the Secretary of the National Association shall
forward a copy of the charges by registered mail to the officer
at his last address on file in the National Office, No action
copy should have reached the officer by o:dinary course of post.
He shall be entitled within the fifteen days to file with the
Natinnal Office his answer in writing to the charges. The
Naticnal Board of Directors reserves the right to hear and
act on the charges and defense on written statenent, affidart,
or oral testirony as in its judgment jugtice may require,

shall be sont to the officer by registered mail at his last
aderess on file in the Naticnsl Office and, in the direction
of the Board of Directors, publishec in the cfficial organ _
of the National Associntion. In the event the charges are
sustained and the office declared vacant, upon receipt of
notice to that effect by mail, publication or otherwise, the
officer shall perform m official act and shall hold all re-
cords and monies of the Branch subject to the disposition of
the National Office or his successor in office.
