At 12:37 PM a group of four attorneys came to Room A314
for a short visit with PRICE by pre-arrangement, at which time
Attorney HERMAN ALFORD asked if the Agents would leave the room
and allow him a private conference with his client. This request
was denied, and at this time attorney ALFORD again advised PRICE
of hi. rights and instructed him not to make any statement unless
he was present. This visit was terminated at 12:40 PM, and the
