During a recent World Cultures ¢lass unusu
stances surrounding the above and Dr. Martin Tutheryé
brought to light. It was mentioned that Dr, King had
+raining at a Commmist school. The only information available
was through an "“unbias, nonpartisan" paper iesued before the
last election. It contained a photo showing Dr. King, Myles
Horton and several other people together in front of the school.
fhe caption mentioned that the school was to be closed by an
act of the Tennessee Iégislature and Car] Prussion, a counter=
spy for the FBI for 22 years, was quoted to have said that
Dr. King belonged to 60 Commmist organizations.
I would be grateful for any pertinent information
_ concerning Dr. King and Myles Horton of the Highlander Folk
School.
